Short biography

Patricia was born on February 9, 1983. After secondary school she studied Computer Science at the Ghent University (Belgium). In 2005 she obtained a M.Sc. degree. In October 2005, she joined the Fuzziness & Uncertainty Modelling Research Unit. Since January 1, 2006, her research is funded by a Ph.D. grant of the Institute for the Promotion of Innovation through Science and Technology in Flanders (IWT-Vlaanderen).
